April 8 th

Hi everybody!

 

Today for the first time in my life I went to gym alone, meaning I didn't wait for company or anything, I woke up and thought: I must go to gym! I did a short weight loss run on the treadmill for 25 minutes, which made me totally awake! Now back to studying, wish me luck for my exams please! I need it!

Day 6

Ok today is a new day, I try to make best out of it.

I will have some cereal and a cup of tea and then off I go to study. For lunch I will bring one of the prepared spaghetti's which has 230 Cal. and lots of fruit! I promise to be a good girl.

 

No wasting time on internet please Solmaz joon!

Day 5

Yesterday, I was terrible!

I had cereal and skim milk for breakfast. Just for being lazy I didn't bring foof from home, which costs me more when I buy out, and also I din't know how much calories I am eating.

I came home early to take a nap and study more, instead, I ate rice and eggplant dish, I slept, woke up and had more food, and didn't even touch my notes :(.

I don't know what goes wrong with me on some days. I know I have so much to do, but there is something inside me preventing me from getting anything done. I guess thats the fear of not being able to finish :(

 

Day 4

I am much better now. today and yesterday I was mostly sleeping or eating soemthing after taking famous "Adult Cold" pills.

Today: Breakfast Lunch: Awestern Panini on whole weat, without Mayo

Dinner: 5 spoons of rice with Eggplant and chicken dish, salad with lemon juice, 3 clementines! ( I love them and they have Vitamin C)

I am planning to go to gym tomorrow afternoon at arund 5:00. It would be a good break since I have to stay up late studying for exams afterwards.

Day 2

Have got a terrible cold, just sleeping and having soup! :(

What did I eat?

 

breakfast:

1 cup of Guardian Cereal with Skim Milk: 170 Cal.

lunch: ( We had to go with a new faculty person for lunch with group, so I didn't have much choice)

Spinach Salad with Basil dressing ( I guess that was pretty healthy, the sous wasn't creamy or oily)

Roast beef Panini ( They didn't have whole wheat, but at least I made an effort to ask)

Afternoon:

One Clementine

One green apple.

Dinner: ( I am invited to a friend's place, but I will try not to eat a lot, I know that she has spaghetti for dinner)

We are getting near end of semester and I am a bit stressed. Normally in times like this I let myself eat a lot, but today after seeing that picture, I thought its the time that I have to make the decision!

Day 1

Today morning I saw a picture that made it for me! I need to loose weight, I don't like the way my tummy is piled in layers in pictures :(.

As a start  I will write down my calory intakes today. I am also waiting for Anaresta ;) to accept me as a member again.
