No...Effing...Way!
...
Let me take a deep breath. I weighed myself on the gym scales this morning (this is WITH clothes on) and it said...
86 KILOS
Now, I have no idea how much kilos are, and know that I was about 91 or 92 last week, so that's pretty good, right? I get home, I google how much 86 kilos is...and holy mother of god on a pogo stick, it's
189 POUNDS!!!
So basically, I am shitting myself. Ha, in a good way! There is no way that almost 2 weeks of cutting out bread and carbs can do that, is there? Is that's even normal? Is it just water?? Fuck it, I'll take it. SWEET. And it hasn't even been that hard, either. I've been eating lots of meat (yum) and cheese (yummer) and cream cheese with splenda to make "cheesecake" when I get a sweets attack. No worries! If I can keep this up another month, I should, dear god, be at my goal soon!
Also, I put on this pair of Levi's Curve ID jeans I haven't worn in almost a year, since they were too tight, and they are ON. They're not perfect yet, but they came up, did up, and are not making a MASSIVE muffin top anymore. Bizarre. I should have done this no carb thing a friggin year ago. Let's hope hope hope it isn't just retarded water weight or some shit, and the first nibble of bread I take it all comes back. Knowing me, this could easily happen.
Anyway, here's to week 2, keeping it up at the gym, eating well, and being positive. Woop!
And here's me, nerding it up in front of yer typical tourist-y photo phone booth at about 190 (or so the gym scale would have me believe, ha):

Keep it up, SOCK!
