Week One, Done and Dusted.
Phew. It's over. Week one is successfully under my belt with NOT ONE slip up. Awesome. I can't wait to weigh myself at the gym tomorrow and see if it was WORTH IT. Ha!
Also, I found an AWESOME recipe for lo-card treat time. I was desp for some sugar and found this online:
Mock Danish
2 tbsp cream cheese (nuke for 15 seconds) then add one egg, whip together, add 2 tsp splenda, a bunch of cinnammon, and then micro it for about a minute and a half. Then melt a tiny bit of butter mixed with splenda and cinnammon to pour on top like "icing". It tastes like a danish. It looks like a, well, odd Danish. SO GOOD and only about 5 carbs. AWESOME. It's hot and filling. A new go-to.
Today we walked all over, and I took some nice photos. I shall have to post some here, and maybe we can track my progress.
Weeeeep time to go watch a film with Y, our night treat.
