Day 4 (Part Deux)

I just changed my blog settings because the old one wasn't working right ... colours were off and stuff.  Props to TatumsMom for pointing it out!

An update about my Day:

When I got home from Uni ... I found myself rummaging through the cupboards looking for food (like I always do when I get home lol) so I decided to switch it up a little.  I remember hearing someone mention that taking a piece of hard candy when you're hungry helps ... something about it making your body 'think' it's eating and satisfied (again, I'm no doctor lol).  Either way, it worked ... I took a hard mint, tossed in the endless pit, and went on with the day.  Before I knew it, I had forgotten about being hungry! weird, I know!

For dinner I had some spaghetti (again, I  know - leftovers, whatcha gonna do?!) ... so now I'm pretty stuffed.  I'm going to do some more cardio Tonight ... so I'll let you all know how it went Tomorrow.

Have a great night!

-Ryan

P.S. how much water do you all drink in a day?

Comments to this post:

mint

yeah!  that totally works!  maybe try pre-bagging some healthy snacks and leave them in accessible places. (car, cabinet, desk...)

that works for me- big time.

kate.

Hahaha!

Dude, that's what I'm hear for.

I typically drink about 150 oz of water per day.  I also have two Diet Cokes...hey, it's my weakness.  Let me have it!  LOL!

We had spaghetti for dinner last night too.  Weird.  Not really, I guess.

Glad that candy trick worked for you.  Whatever it takes.  I usually stand there like a babbling idiot literally talking to myself.  I tell myself how I don't really want that or need that.  Then I argue with myself.  I'm strange, though.  LOL!
