What has happened?
I think I lost something somewhere. I've been eating pizza and assorted other crap all week. Why am I doing this? I still want to lose weight. Yesterday I ate all day long and not good, healthy foods either. I guess what I ate wasn't terrible. I think it was just the mass quantities that was the problem. *sigh* I was 169 this morning even! Nooooo, I can't get back into the 170s. I won't! I won't!
I did take my dogs for a walk the past two days. They were only 30 minute walks, but I will work up to longer exercise periods. I need to get a hold of my eating and get some more exercise in.
Yesterday it was almost 80 degrees here. It was so beautiful. It was a perfect day for a walk. The sun was peeking through the clouds and there was a nice breeze. It felt like Spring. I also put shorts on for the first time in months. It reminded me that I want to fit into smaller clothes and look nice this summer. There are so many reasons to lose weight. I just need to DO IT!
