Such a mystery

So today I was 167. Weird. Yesterday I feel like I ate a lot. I had yogurt and granola for breakfast, then two 100 calorie Little Debbie Nutty Bars, a Smart One (WW) for lunch, and  a big plate of spaghetti with meat sauce and two slices of garlic toast for dinner. It was SO good and of course I have a ton of leftovers. Oh and I ate a Cadbury egg. That was awesome too. Maybe I did just need to eat more.

I didn't exercise at all yesterday either. It was the first day in over a week that I hadn't. I'll have to make sure I exercise today so I don't get out of the habit. So now I only need to lose 6 more lbs for March. Yay!

*Update* I just thought of a reason I might have lost that weight. This might be too much information for some people so **Warning** poop story ahead. So Monday night for dinner I ate a whole bag of frozen broccoli with some shredded cheese on it. That's 16 oz of broccoli. It was a lot. Yesterday I pooped all day long. Seriously, like 4 times. I think all that fiber just moved everything out of me. Haha. The broccoli laxative diet! Dr. Oz was right! We do need more fiber in our diets. I'm going to make sure I buy more broccoli at the grocery store tomorrow, but maybe I'll try to eat a little less of it next time, maybe with some meat like a real meal. ;)

..about the strange dress size change. Your comment made me smile! I don't know where the fat has gone to...all my other clothes fit fine. Ah well, I shall just go with it and I am thankful. Let's just hope now I have started exercising again it doesn't come back .

You are doing great! I didn't realise they had the Cadbury eggs in America.

Hey sweetie,

I know you are so pleased to see 167 on the scale.  My scale is broken...darn it.   I mentioned I started the Atkins Diet which works great for my sweet hubby and that is really important to me.  I worry about his weight a lot since he carries it in his tummy area. 

We are doing really good with the diet...meat and veggies.  I miss the sugar but I can chew the sugarless bubblegum which helps a lot.   And our water intake has greatly increased since we are just drinking some coffee (not much) and water.

I am really proud of you for sticking with your weight loss program.  You are going to be so thrilled when you reach your final goal.  It is a journey, that's for sure. 

I love you...thanks for encouraging me to get back on my diet.
