Such a mystery
So today I was 167. Weird. Yesterday I feel like I ate a lot. I had yogurt and granola for breakfast, then two 100 calorie Little Debbie Nutty Bars, a Smart One (WW) for lunch, and a big plate of spaghetti with meat sauce and two slices of garlic toast for dinner. It was SO good and of course I have a ton of leftovers. Oh and I ate a Cadbury egg. That was awesome too. Maybe I did just need to eat more.
I didn't exercise at all yesterday either. It was the first day in over a week that I hadn't. I'll have to make sure I exercise today so I don't get out of the habit. So now I only need to lose 6 more lbs for March. Yay!

*Update* I just thought of a reason I might have lost that weight. This might be too much information for some people so **Warning** poop story ahead. So Monday night for dinner I ate a whole bag of frozen broccoli with some shredded cheese on it. That's 16 oz of broccoli. It was a lot. Yesterday I pooped all day long. Seriously, like 4 times. I think all that fiber just moved everything out of me. Haha. The broccoli laxative diet! Dr. Oz was right! We do need more fiber in our diets. I'm going to make sure I buy more broccoli at the grocery store tomorrow, but maybe I'll try to eat a little less of it next time, maybe with some meat like a real meal. ;)
