good enough
This week has been a chellenge for me but still i managed to keep my new lifestile and lost 1.4 pound. I have lost 4 pounds in two weeks and it feels good.

This week has been a chellenge for me but still i managed to keep my new lifestile and lost 1.4 pound. I have lost 4 pounds in two weeks and it feels good. 
I started this week craving cheesy pasta, and i had some of it. it is hard no to eat the sane meals my family has especially because i cook for them. Besides my PMS is giving me a hard time, hopefully i can keep my goal of losing 2 pounds a week. let's see
1. Sodas

My goal for this week is achieved. I lost 2.4 pound by eating whole wheat bread, Progresso soup (Weigh watchers Tag). Home made vegies soup, salads, mozzarella part skim cheese, Water with apple cider vinegar (a lot) meat and a little tiny bit of rice. I can't work very much cuz of a condition in my left leg but I started working out with my stability ball and doing some belly dancing; Maybe when i lose more weigth i will be able to work harder.
For now my first week in this journey is going weel. iiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeee
It is mid year and i decided to set a new goal, To lose 50 pounds by next December. That means that I have to lose 2 pounds every week, I think i can do that by eating a low carb diet plan and moderate exercise plan. Wish me luck
