Hashbrown soup
I swear, all I ever have time is to post recipes these days. But, the dieting is going okay. Not perfect, but better than what I was doing. Now I just need to drink more water.
Hashbrown soup

INSTRUCTIONS
6 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product
43 1/2 oz fat-free chicken broth
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup onion(s)
1 serving hasbrowns
Mix & simmer over low-medium heat for approx 20 minutes until thickened
Serving Size is approx 1 cup
