DAY TWO OF CHALLENGE

Hi ya'll:

it's day two and so far so good .

i've been doing some research and some doctors said that you get better results if you do weight trainning first then your cardio (in my case 3miles walk) so am going to try that.

This is what am doing right now .

Oatmeal for breakfast

1 apple for snack

lunch (some rice , proteins nd veggies )

about 15 grapes for snack

bowl of cereal for dinner

that way i dont go over my calorries

1200-1500 cal (a day)

less than 30g of fat per day  and plenty of water and 1 vitamin ,

is working for me so far maybe it whould work you too

Today is day one of the challenge, doing pretty good so far .I've got walk in the afternnon (3 miles) and a little weight trainning (30 min) with Gilad on FitTv who has become my best friend in this journey...

Plateau?

Hi yall:

This week i didn't loose any pounds but on the good side didn't gain any either and am ok with that .i beleive i just hit a plateau and personally am not planning to stay on that stage for to long if i can help it .....starting today i will swicht my meals time and keep doing my cardio and weight training to see if that will help with this because is all frustrating to me

Yes everybody 31 lbs .

I did pig out a  lot this past week but i didnt stop working out and still lost 2 lbs and to tell you the truth i though i've gain some back ,am so happy ..

Well there goes another 3 pounds .

am thinkg of changing strategy and see if  it whoukd give me more results .

Am really mad , my bike is broke and now i have to wait for my broter to fix it and that probably wont happened ti'l nest week .

Now am back from mother land and its also back to temptation island ,  because theres so much food here and its so easy to go and just buy a burger or something that i caugt myself  trying to cheat almost everyday and that's what am going to do ,take it one day at the time ...
