Back on Track AGAIN

My Sister-In-law Judy introduced me to Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds -Muscle Mile One". Walk a mile in 15 minutes with 2.5 lb weights.

It took me a week to put the DVD into the TV and get started. I discovered that I can find at least 3 15 minute periods during the day to do this.

Yes I can.... Yes I can.... Yes I can

Back On Track

The holidays are behind us and I'm so proud of myself. I gained 2 lbs but it could have been a lot more!

Bought the book "Let's do Lunch" it sounded like a great idea until I read the details. Eat as much as you want, as long as it's beans, peas and corn! Absolutely no grain products, how impossible is that? Protein should be eaten at lunch, not at the evening meal.

Bottom line..... it should be easy, it all comes down to the same thing, portion control, fresh veggies and fruits, carbs in moderation. EXERCISE. That's my plan!

Still counting

 I quit keeping track for a month. Gained 1 pound.....awesome!

Back on Medifast until Thanksgiving.

Day 16

One day at a time, that's what I keep reminding myself.
I'd like to be losing quicker, 6 pounds in 2 weeks doesn't seem like much.... but hey, that's 6 pounds I'm not carrying around right now!

Started Medifast again and it's awesome. Checkout my site http://www.slimdown.tsfl.com/client/advisor.asp Yeah, that was me 40 lbs and 5 years ago.
I know this works for me because I did it before. Like any other weight loss plan, if you return to your old habits the weight will return too. Hopefully I've learned my lesson.

I've been building up to this.....eating each meal as if it were my last.
Excited about losing weight and getting back into my smaller clothes.
