Back On Track
The holidays are behind us and I'm so proud of myself. I gained 2 lbs but it could have been a lot more!
Bought
the book "Let's do Lunch" it sounded like a great idea until I read the
details. Eat as much as you want, as long as it's beans, peas and corn!
Absolutely no grain products, how impossible is that? Protein should be
eaten at lunch, not at the evening meal.
