I tracked my weight for a week. Weighing in everyday. okay okay I know you are not supposed to to that but I did find it kept me very accountable. But now I am at a complete loss. I don't know what can be done. My weight is just up and down since a week ago and what I have been doing is not working. I think I need to start up some kind of diet plan to give me a jump start! I will have to do more research into this. Any thoughts or suggestions (if anyone is reading this) would be greatly appreciated.
Turbo Jam vs. The Firm TransFirmation
If anyone is reading I was wondering if someone could give me some thoughts on these two exercise programs. I have thought about ordering one to start. I was set on ordering The Firm until I saw the Turbo Jam infomercials this weekend. Now I am so confused. I would like to purchase the best one right now, but may end up purchasing the other one for variety. Any thoughts??
