Gone but not forgotten....
I am back... This time I have a more realistic plan for the web site. I can't blog and do the food log every day so I am going to start by just entering my weight and blog each week. Hopefully I will be able to go from there and before long take advantage of all the web site has to offer. If I get too overwhelmed I end up not doing anything(as evidenced by my last blog being in November).
Good news, started back at JC(after a month of no exercise and not very good food choices) and found I lost 21/2 pounds since I was there last. I also noticed that I lost 10lbs in 2 months! I usually wouldn't be too impressed but if I can look back at the end of March and have lost another 10 I would be happy. I usually get discouraged pretty easily but I am going to remember this feeling when I only lose 1lb or less during a week-it all adds up!
I just got an increase in my work load at work so it is going to be a challenge to excersise this week. I am hoping to do a little something every day this week, even if I don't make it to the gym. I bought resistance bands and I am hoping to figure them out later on today.
So this weeks plan...
Find time to fit in even a little exercise at least 4x this week.
Stay on the JC food and NO ALCOHOL!! (I am having a little problem getting out of the holiday spirit, but there is absolutely nothing going on this weeks so no cosmos!)
