after phen
well, I quit phen back in july and gained the 20lbs I had lost right back, now I'm starting a workout routine as of 1/1/08 (already started) for a new years resolution, hopefully with cutting calories and working out I can pass that weight loss number from before and then some.. phentermine is great and all but it definately is a short term alternative, you must make REAL life changes to really loose weight and keep it off.. it sucks but i am actually going to make an effort to try the hard way now....ALSO - I do have another refill of phentermine I am using while I am working out now. Now I just need to learn to control my appetite on my own for once... it's sad, I only eat 1500 to 1700 calories a day and that is what is putting weight on me, what am I supposed to do? Starve?? 500 calories a day makes me sicker then shit.. sigh....
