well, I quit phen back in july and gained the 20lbs I had lost right back, now I'm starting a workout routine as of 1/1/08 (already started) for a new years resolution, hopefully with cutting calories and working out I can pass that weight loss number from before and then some.. phentermine is great and all but it definately is a short term alternative, you must make REAL life changes to really loose weight and keep it off.. it sucks but i am actually going to make an effort to try the hard way now....ALSO - I do have another refill of phentermine I am using while I am working out now. Now I just need to learn to control my appetite on my own for once... it's sad, I only eat 1500 to 1700 calories a day and that is what is putting weight on me, what am I supposed to do? Starve?? 500 calories a day makes me sicker then shit.. sigh....

some days

well some days i weigh 163.something on the scale at home and other days I weigh 164.2 on the scale. At work we have a doctors scale and I'm usually around the 150 17 mark so 167. I'm not so sure that scale is correct though because when I get weighed in at the dr's office I'm almost always 10lbs lighter then what that scale says. So estimate wise I'd say I'm at 161 or lower.

Now if I make it to my first goal... I'll move the goal on down to the new goal... my final goal is 120-130lbs. It's so hard to lose weight without phentermine, I dont know how anyone does it? I cant make myself exercise but I can make myself not eat as much with the help of phen only. I'm never going to be an exercising type so that is not really an option.

14 lbs off in almost 16 days. That is insane! Phentermine works good. I have not exercised once but I have restricted my calories heavily since phen makes me not want to eat ! Typically eat 500 cal a day and no more and the weight is falling off!

4/20 - meal entry

I had 2 crackers and a strawberry bananna smoothie this morning for breakfast, I am skipping lunch. I rarely eat lunch anyways. Prefer to save the money I just deposited for the car I sold instead.

All I had for dinner last night was a small portion of chad's pop and a 7 layer crunch wrap.

First post

yesterday I started phetermine, today I am feeling very energetic, I walked a lot on my lunch break and I have not eaten anything all day due to the phetermine making my appetite disappear.

I'm hoping the weight is going to come off. 185lbs is disgusting on a 5'7 person.
