We had our measurement taken.. and all that good stuff.<br><br>I am not scared to share what mine are.<br><br><br>Body Weight - 175<br>Fat Mass - 54 lbs<br>I should be eating less than 1700 calories a day per my body mass.<br><br>I have been on a diet for the last year resulting my weight to go from 189 to 175. <br>Now the hard part.. getting down and dirty..<br><br>This is what I am suppose to be doing ..<br><br>30 mins of cardio 5 x week.<br>12 reps of wieght for my abs, legs, arms and back..<br>Starting at 10 lbs each.<br><br>Ryan and I are going to sign up with the personal trainer when Natalie gets off from school for the summer. She only charges 99 dollars for a couple.<br><br>Also - they have a 5 week boot camp that sounds cool. Basically it is like what they do on Biggest Loser.. they do all this neat stuff outside the gym.. like with tires and sand bags.<br><br>So - my goal now is 50 lbs to go bye bye. I WILL start seeing results in a month.. <br><br>And by the end of summer..
