errrrm well Now it stops
Ok so apparently my last rant meant nothing and I continued to eat like a hungry lioness and sit around like a sloth. Jeeez m'dear do I totally hate myself. Since apparently I cannot control myself around my fav crisps and vegan chocs they have to go on the forbidden list, I will still allow some treats but in the form of liquorice and ice lollies - i.e the things I can manage to stop eating - lol.
Just been to the gym so off to a good start -
Goals for tomorrow:
*1200 - 1400 kcals
*10 mins of strength training when I wake up (little steps)
*1hr of either - swimming, dance or legs,bums, tums - depending on what time i finish work.
*Blog on here.
Thats enough to getting along with x x x much love x x x
