New week & Ab Challenge
I'm not even going to recap the weekend. It sucked. Well, the weekend was really good- I think we'll be hearing something positive from this church hopefully this week- but *I* sucked! I know it, I don't need to relive it. I'm looking forward to a clean slate tomorrow though... and when I have to go away for another weekend I'll just try to tackle that then.
Today is day 1 of the Ab Challenge. That's the ONLY exercise I'm getting in today... and I'm sure it won't even budge anything from this weekend... but at least I did it.
Tomorrow's a new day... and I will succeed.

Hun.... you have lost over 67 pounds. Give yourself a break. You know how to do this. You have been doing this.
Be nice to you and you will be amazed how much easier it is to eat and exercise. POSITIVE talk!

You are down 67.6 lbs from where you started. You have been exercising pretty consistently. You are doing a good job. I hope your funk passes quickly and you feel good again. You are right about starting with a clean slate. Don't stress about any weekend choices and start again today.

Always trying
I think for women is it a lifetime of trying. Think about it; we're always leaking, bloated, retaining water, gaining and losing. You've done so great on your weight loss... and you still have a great attitude that you are still trying!
