Ok I am still at it. I have not given up. My weight has not changed very much though. Right now I am taking these pills for cleansing. called ultimate cleanse.  I have beent aking themfor about 1 week now. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels. I do feel as though I am being cleaned out. I definitly recommend it to anyone. I hope this helps me in the long run. My father turned me on to it. My stomach does seem like it is fact flatter as reslt of the cleaning.
 
I hope to take these pills until I reach 30 days. then stop. And do this again in 3 months at the turn of the season. But in the meantime. I will be still drinkin glots of water. I did decide recently to not realy weigh myself as often. I would just take a picture to see the difference. Because I my weight may not actually change.

Well today was a good eating day. I stayed under eating goal and got a good bit of exerise in. I am proud of me. YEAH

I even got in my 8 glasses of water. I have to pee a lot but I feel good. I am a little sore though.

We today was weigh in Day

Last Monday I weighed 155.8 lbs and today 154.4 so that's 1.4 pound lost. Not to shabby, if I say so myself.

Using calculations that I have from the abs diet my caloric goal this week is a max is 1467 calories per day this week. I think I can do that. no let me change that I know I can do that.

 

I already started the day off with 20 min of yoga just to get good and stretched out and build some strength. I am not sure what I have planned for the rest of the day. But I know one thing I will keep myself active.

 

Well off to breakfast. I a thinking cereal. Maybe some fiber one .. My favorite.  and to take care of the kids.

Today will be a great day.

Change of Mantra

 

This is my goal in exercising. THis girl is strong.

 

Today I discovered podcasts. I know, I am a little slow in this dept. But I jsut discoverd them today  I am so glad too. There is a lot of good info out there. Tomorrow is weigh in day since. I got tired of being fat.

 

Today my pastor spoke on Ps. 31:24 fromthe message bible. And I was inspired. So I changed my mantra. > I like it much better. This will definitley keep me going.

 

Green tea extracts

I haven't blogged in a while  I have still exercising, but not keeping a very good record of my eating habits. I have noticed a change in my body but I have difficulty losing fat poundage. So I am going to keep a closing eye on my eating habits and started taking Green tea extracts. Why?> because I don't have time to make the tea and I don't like it cold. So I will just take the supllements. I have lost more weight when I had the time to drink the tea. So I hope this works.

I am feeling a bit sick, but I like to do my weigh in and measurement taking on Monday mornings.

I have gained .5" last week. I try to keep up with this. Ihave been keeping a spreadsheet on this since 3/14/08. Since then I have an overall of 2.5" on my body.

I still plan on working out today. And today is dance day, so I also will be dancing for 2 hrs this evening in addition to my work out.  Today goal is to drink more water. I am shooting for at least 6 cups, but I know I can do 8 c.Ultimately, I wnat to get in 1/2 my weight in oz which will be 76.4 oz( 9.6 c)

But I see a good outlook for this week.

I gained both muscle and fat, I think these numbers are skewed due to my gastro condition. I hope to lose add'l pounds after this is correted.

I have lost 2 inches . Gaining mostly in my waist, this  is normal considering what is going on with me. 

But the week and effort must go on. I still feel a bit sluggish, but hopefully by this time next week, I will feel tons better and full of life again.

Changed mind

Ok, This morning I got up and and attmpted to do the first part of the mastercleanse diet which is the salt water flush.. EWW, it was disgusting I almost vomited.

 

So I said oK I'll just go out and get some herbal laxative for that part.. Since you kind of have a choice.

 

But then I went ahead and made my lemonade.  OK, first it didn't smell all that great, but I tried to drink it anyway.  OMG.. totally nasty!!!  So Iam going to have to continue on my search. Drinks tons of water and eat lots of fiber.

 

Well, I guess that didn't work.

Master Cleanse

WARNING!!!   Topic may be gross.

Lately , i have having problems with my BMs.  And it gets so bad that, I have pains in my sides. This happens a few times a year.  Ihave thought about getting a colonic and have done enemas ( which have worked for a few days).  I have even increased my water intake)..

But I have just discovered the master cleanse ( or the lemonade). It is meant to clean out your system and  I really think that is what I need. So I am going to start this hopefully tomorrow. And not exercise heavil for the next 10 days as to reserve my strength for it. In the meantime, I plan on reflecting and praying.  I hopee this help with the pains I feel on the sides. and get me regular again.

Weigh in 149.4 lbs 41% fat ( gained 1.6lbs of muscle and lost 1.4 lbs of fat) Per body measurements I have gained 4 inches overall.

I have noticed that I am gaining muscle at a much faster rate than I am losing fat. I know this is my fault too. I have been horrible on the diet side of things. Am still eating very fatty foods. And eating when I am definitely not hungry, by this I mean meals when I am suppose to be snacking. Not to mention my obsession with salty foods. Today I am going to go get me some real foods like fruits and veggies. I am buckle down. Oh yeah, my lack of drinking water has not helped me at all either. Today , I vow that I will not drink anything else ( with the exception of the juice that I take my vitamin with) until I meet my 8 c requirement.
