Extreme hunger

 

For some reason I have been feeling extreme hunger. No matter how much I eat I feel as though I have had nothing to eat. I dont know if I am sick or this is just part of dieting.
 
I have been actively dieting since Dec3 and have not felt hungry until now. I dont know what is wrong with me.

So far this week

 

So far this week, I was good until yesterday. Yesterday I ate a whoping 27 points. I ate fried food. OK I paid for it. Since I have nto been eating meat for over a week. no remnace of it weither. It made me very sick in return. So today I will cut the meat right back out. I feel bad about it. but I can't beat myself up over it. It happened and I have to pick myself up and put myself back on track.
 
That is all I can do. what is done has been done. right

feeling crabby

 

I am feelng and and crampy. I did do 45 minutes of turbo Jam Cadrio Party. Felt good to get it over with. I feel extremely bloated and just crabby all around. I have been eating all day, but since I am on a spritual fast from meat. Nothing but fruits and veggies.

I have found veggie combos in vegetarian cookbooks that have been very hearty and filling. But last night my family ate pizza ( they are cruel) and boy did I want a slice. But I pressd on made it through the night with a  morsel it. I am not sure what the scale will say on Monday. I have been keeping myself off o the scale and making sure to weigh in only one time per week.  But I have been good and so far I have only used 5 of my weekly point allowance fro my WW plan.
 
So hopefully this bloating will have passed by my weigh in and I will have lost some weight this week. Last week I only lost 0.2 lbs but 2.5 inches overall. So I know some fat had disappeared but it is either replaced by muscle or water. I won't really know until this TOTM has passed.
 
Well, I am off to eat some more fruit or something to hold me over until dinner.

I think this calls for a celebration. I have broken my 150 pound rut. I am so happy. This mronign I weighed myself and I could not beleive it. But I have broke into the 140s.. Goodbye 150s. Yeah. I think this calls for celebration. Maybe some earrings or a new short. No food rewards people.

I lost my mind

 

OH no, Yesterday A new publix opened in my neightborhood and I lost control. I am alloed 21 points on my weight watchers plan and I ate a whoppong 40 pts yesterday. I ate like crazy. Like I have lost my mind
 Fried chicken brasts and drunsticks, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and even a cannoli. Wow. BUt I am gaing control back today.
 
I am not letting that indiscretion hold me back. Regardless I am gong lose this weight. Well I have to go get dressed for my workout.
