To make long story short - I am 21 and currently on 2 month long holiday/looking for a job in th Netherlands. Now, when I'm living on my own, I decided to take care of myself and my body.. I don't have a scale now, which is good (I tend to fall in this scale horror mood, checking my weight 100 times a day), but on Thursday last week I was 71 kg. I feel like I've lost some, so let's say today's 70 kgs.
So far I had:
breakfast:
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 40 g All Bran cornflakes
- cappucino - instant coffee instant coffee creamer
food plans for today:
tomato soup, egg and fresh tomatoes and pepper for lunch
250 g of yoghurt for supper.
