A New Week
Well I went through one week. I have to admit working out was really hard. I only worked out for one day but during my lunch I did walk for 15 min which was about 1/2 a mile. Today I started off at the gym. I walked for 13 min and ran for 2. Ha! I know this sounds bad but for someone who hasn't ran since 6th grade this was good. I am going to try to add 1min everday to my running and see if I can increase this.
I have noticed on the phen that the more I work out the hungrier I am getting. I am just hoping this is my metabolism. I am still trying to search for healthier ways to eat. I am eating baked foods and maybe once a week I will treat myself to fast food. However, I have noticed that I could consume a double quarter pounder and fries but now I can eat a cheesebuger and a few fries and I am stuffed. So for me that is a big change and going good in the right direction.
My goal is to drop 3-5 pounds this week so lets see.
