30 minutes dance dance revolution

Oh my gosh!!!!

Today was a good day and today was a bad day.    Bad news first, lunch was hard as hell.  Free Pizza!!!! Free hot wings!!!!! Free Tater Tots!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good news, even though I went on a pizza binge, it was a pizza binge in moderation, and I would like to note, I still stayed within my points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Also note, I dance danced revolution for 30 minutes!!!!! I have finally started exercising.  YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not going to count activity points, it just makes me go wild and binge eat since I gained points by exercising

Back on Track

Today was much better.   I even went to Freebirds and still did good.  Thankfully Freebirds has their nutritional information online so I could calculate my damage.

Points gone wild!!!!!

OK I haven't posted the last couple of days.  It is because I went mad wild with food and points, I probably used 8 million points the last few days food and fun go hand in hand on Memorial Day, and this ensures my butt stays huge!!!!!!!

Anyway even with Points gone wild, I managed to lose 2 whole pounds, disappointing from the 9 I lost last week, but hey 11 pounds in two weeks I will not complain. 

This week I plan to incorporate exercise, my exercise this week will be....don't laugh....Dance Dance Revolution, you know the video game....we have it for our X Box and I plan to break a sweat and do some cardio playing this game.  My goal is just 30 minutes, 3 times this week.  A nice intro into exercise, something I hate to do, and haven't don't in YEARS.

Fries are the death of me

I went and got my husband dinner....he ate wingstop wings, wingstop has the best wings, but even better than the wings are the fries........oh the fries, and they were my downfall today.  This week has been flex point heavy, that is ok, as long as I account for all my mistakes I can be more aware of what I put into my body, and the sad thing is I am still eating way less than I did before the decision to try WW again.

Shopping While Hungry

I made the mistake of shopping while hungry.  I have a ton of food in my freezer, and it isn't all fruits and veggies.   I did ok for the most part, but still I could have done better, and when you are hungry, every thing looks good.  I also made the mistake of not really eating much of anything until I got home after work, in which I gorged on everything I bought at the grocery.  All I can say for today is thank god for Flex points for the days I go crazy.

Today I ran late, and I forgot to bring my lunch.  Needless to say I got really, really scared at lunch, I wanted bad things, but I compromised.  I had meat, but my lunch was only 10 points, and I stayed within my point allowance.  The lesson is not to forget lunch!!!! I panicked, I was so scared I was going to mess up royally!!!!

Weigh In

This morning I weighed in, and the results are in: 281 pounds!!!! 9 pounds lost in one week only 140 pounds to go......sigh.    I guess I will set mini goals like I did when I was going to the WW meetings, my initial goal will be 29 pounds, or 10% of my body weight.   So my mini goal is 260 lbs.   Only 20 more pounds to go until I set my new goal.  Each milestone will be celebrated by SHOPPING.  Maybe a new Coach Wallet, maybe just cash to set aside from my super duper vacation next year.  Who knows?
