Yay! Getting out of the house!!!!

Lol, sorry I feel housebound. I am going to the mall I will buy myself something nice and go out to eat.
Foodwise I will be sure to eat ONLY legal things. I'm thinking fajitas without the tortilla sounds good...Yummmmmmmm...

On another note....BRRRRRRRRRRR I am still freezing my hiney here, lol.

I am freezing my hiney!

It is cold here in Tennessee today (well cold to me anyway, lol) It is supposed to get down to 14F tonight and there are little bits of ice that look like big salt crystals falling and pinging off the house.

I am somewhat bummed because I was going to go out  on the town today, but now I can't because the roads are all icy and slippery.

Because I am trapped in the house today anyway, I went through my clothes drawers and closet to get rid of any clothes that are too big. I still had size 26 pants in there!
I took out everything that was bigger than a size 18. I think that  keeping those bigger sizes around is like giving myself permission to get bigger again and I REALLY don't want to do that!

Saturday Food Journal

Breakfast
egg white omlette with 2% cheese (I hate eggs, but I can tolerate egg whites)
coffee with fat free milk

Lunch
2 %  cheese
south beach friendly coleslaw (no sugar, very little miracle whip light)
Boca burger patty


Snacks
1 sugar free hard candy (coffee nip)
South Beach legal hot cocoa (fat free milk, cocoa powder, splenda)

Supper
Tuna patties (tuna, egg, onion, cheese)
asparagus

Starting South Beach Phase 1 again

For the next 2 weeks I am going to do phase 1 of South Beach Diet.  I feel I really need the extra oomph.

I have been pretty good since Wednesday, but I am still not happy with myself. Maybe it is because I know all this time I have been cheating I could have been losing weight. I am sure I would be a size smaller by now.
It is time to get back to the real business of shedding these pounds.

it is not much, but  a lot better than I have been doing. I am just taking it one day at a time. Today I am going to try my dang best to make it 3 days in a row  without falling off the ol wagon.

Today I will also try to work in a few more veggies.

Thank goodness I finally had a good day. I just counted calories today, but I want to do a lower carb thing again starting tomorrow.
