I Did a Bad, Bad Thing

Oh, yes, that means it's confession time.

Let's see... there was -

The pizza at lunch on Saturday... the chocolate cake and ice cream on Sunday night.  Oh and the tear-and-share King sized bag of M&Ms I found in my purse on Thursday.  It just appeared there, magically.  

And the Pringles.  Let's not forget the Pringles on Friday.

It all just "happened" in a span of four days and has amounted to me GAINING a pound. 

So...I vow to be back on the wagon and to not "cheat" this week (I've been cheat-free since I started, so I suppose I had to blitz at some point, right?).

This week, I'll get off the bus 2 blocks early, walk a little more and see if I can catch up with myself.  Argh.

No one to blame but my big ol' sabatoging self.

Gotta get dressed and get to work.  I'll check in with you all soon!

Thats a good idea!

So, did you get off the bus 2 blocks early? I've seen people in my neighborhood get off at the next bus stop and walk back. I live right behind a bus stop and there's another one one block up...they are kind of all over. Its dumb. I'd go crazy stopping every other block or so. I mean, if I were on the bus trying to get home.

M&M's and pringles, huh? Thats not good. I hope that its all behind you now! I'm pretty good at avoiding stuff like that, but give me a steak and baked potato...some wine.....thats what kills me! We'll get there. Your graph is looking good, btw!!

Choices

So you come comment on my blog, but you haven't posted in almost a week??? LOL!

You know life is all about choices.  It's not about cheating or not.  It's about choosing the healthiest option for your body.  Sometimes it's easier to think about it like that.  That way, you have the control. 

Anyway, glad it's out of your system.

If only...

If only I had put on the brakes after one pound, or even five, or ten.  Good for you for getting right back on track.  AND for owning up to it by tracking/writing it down.  Today is another day ... Rock it!
