Starting my week off right
been to the gym first thing in the morning for the past 2 days, feeling good about that. I've been making healthier food choices but I'm struggling with strong urges and cravings between 5pm and 7pm...Anyone have any suggestions for what I can do? It's mostly chocolate or brownie or cookie cravings even after I've eaten well all day and plenty of food...I tried sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup and that satisfies me for about a minute but the cravings are still strong and I'm still really hungry even after I eat dinner...Anything, anyone can suggest I will try!! I've tried drinking a full 16 oz glass of water before everything I eat and waiting 20 mins, still doesn't seem to work for the hunger and cravings

Started my day off bad but got better
I had a mid morning crash with m&m's but atleast they were dark chocolate(which is supposed to be better for you). But finishing off my day(so far) with healthier food choices but running very low on energy to make it to the gym. I still have all night but I'm super unmotivated. I don't know what happen to me, I used to love going to the gym and getting a good workout in and now I'm so unmotivated despite the fact that I'm the heaviest I have ever been in my whole entire life. I know my medications have a lot to do with it and maybe they have a lot to do with my lack of motivation too! Ugh...it's so hard and so depressing it make chocolate or cookies or brownies call my name! Help!!

yikes!!
I won't lose weight if I continue to eat the way that I did yesterday!!! I choose to make better food choices and eat 6 mini meals per day! I choose to get in at least 20 mins of activity per day! I choose to lose this weight and be happy, healthy, and thin!! Please send your positive thoughts my way, I can use all the motivation I can get!

Starting tomorrow
I seem to say this everyday and don't have the motivation to follow through with it by myself. I am currently on medications that are causing me to rapidly gain weight and I need to see what people have to say that can keep me motivated, focused and encouraged, any insight would be greatly appreciated
