Hey everyone!I feel I had a good day yesterday.I realized I have been pushing my self and actually admit I need to hire some extra help with work.(That is a big thing for me.I did rather do it myself) I didn’t want to dwell on it, as when to the camp so I went for a 1 hour and 20 minute walk, picked the mail up and rented a couple of movies for later. (Shooter & Perfect Strangers) It was nice just to put my feet up and enjoy the movies.I like doing that once in a while.The kids and I usually have movie night when hubby goes if they don’t go with him. One of the kids had a friend over, which made it a little different but it was okay. Followed my points and drank 2 L plus of water. I was surprised with myself, I must admit. Had the munchies while I was watching a movie, probably from the long walk, but I was actually was satisfied with just baby carrots! Food Journal: 2L water Smart One (Ravioli)………..5(P) 2 Slices of WW Bread…….2(P) BL Chicken Breast………….6(P) 2cups of Salad……………….0(P) Cheese 1/3 c………………..2(P) Dressing 4tbs………………..8(P) Total……………………………23 Points Activity.1 hour and 20 minutes.
This is a great breakfast idea. Do it up a head of time and then just heat it up in the microwave and go. 32 oz frozen hash browns 1 lb cooked ham cubed ( lean ) 1 onion diced 1 green pepper diced 1 1/2 c shredded cheese ( Regular Cheese ) 12 eggs 1 c skim milk 1 t salt 1 t black pepper Divide potatoes, ham, veggies and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot. Start with the hash browns, then ham, onions peppers and last cheese. Repeat until you have several layers. Beat eggs, milk salt & pepper pour over layers in the crockpot cover and turn on low. Cook for 10-12 hours overnight.
Okay, good morning everyone I am back from my trip and what a great time I had!Ya I was up three pounds when I weighed in on Wed. night.But, I look at it this way… I did do well!I could have gained a lot more.Traveling and eating out isn’t always the easiest thing to do to keep right on track!I am back and ready to loose!
I have been walking 30 minutes as day regardless, and following my points.I was short a few yesterday but, I drank all my 2L of water.I can feel the difference.I maybe going to the washroom more but I am feeling better already.Positive thinking is the key!
Today’s Tip: Think and act positive, you never know it spreads through people around you, until it comes back to you when you lest expect it and need it the most.
