But, if I don&rsquo;t and stay within my range, I seem to gain.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>I was talking to my leader and she was saying, that, if you don&rsquo;t eat enough your body goes into starvation mode. This makes since when you think about it.<br /><br />It still has been pretty stressful since my last posting.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>I have been keeping track of my points and making sure I walk at least 30 min. a day. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span>I had to really watch my self on how far I walked when I went out as I kind of had a bit of a set back. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span>I feel down my stairs caring laundry.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>I miscalculated where the landing was and the next thing I knew I was sliding down on my knees&hellip;I bruised my leg really bad, that night I feel out side on my walk and of course skinned the same knee up. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span>Thinking back, after watching this weeks&rsquo;,&rdquo; The biggest loser&rdquo;, I realized I had the same thinking as one of the girls.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>We usually give up on things because it is easier.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>I was proud of myself realizing my thinking is changing&hellip; Ya hoo! <span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span>I am on my way to changing things in my life and I&rsquo;m in charge of it, not anyone else but &ldquo;ME&rdquo;.&nbsp;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;<br /><br />Thanks for stopping by, hope your doing good yourself.&nbsp; Have a good day, and keep thinking positive.</span></span></p> <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/shersjourney/comments/225564/down-6-lbs-in-total">Comments(2)</a> 225564 Tuesday, October 31, 2006 00:04:07 Ya, I'm still here!
