Stopping In
Just a quick post. Things are goinging good. I am just maintaining. I slepped and hurt my ankle so I just keep on moving as much as I can for now. Don't want to push it and make it worse. I am staying at my weight which is good for now. Until next time......

for the high five! I've been here before, so I know that it gets easier the longer you go but I lost myself. I had lost 35lbs and then was on an emotional roller coaster with a thyroid cancer diagnosis and surgeries, etc. But now that it's all over and done with I can pick myself up and dust myself off and remember how good it feels to lose weight and like the way you look again. I can't wait to get there. The lowest I got was 198 doing WW and I looked and felt fabulous. I can do it again and then continue onto my goal weight of 165. It helps that i'm 5'10" and my goal weight isn't unrealistic for me.
Great job maintaining your weight. You'll reach your goal before you know it. Stay Positive! ;-)

Sorry to hear about your fall. I fell tripping over a broom in my kitchen and totally banged up my right hand and knee; so I'm in the same boat, although now on the mend.
