Sleep? Or Hunger?
Wow! I got up yesterday and I lost 3 more pounds. This morning I got up and I gained five. I read somewhere that when your not getting your sleep it affects your weight loss. Wow, now I can see that. Last night I was so hungry. I hadn’t gotten my sleep Friday night and got up yesterday at 4 am and couldn’t get back to sleep. I guess I wasn’t hungry last night just tired.
Well I am not going to change my weight tracker guys but my goal now is to get back down to 184 before WI night (Wednesday). I am not going to starve myself, I know that don’t work. I will just get out here and walk and fallow the ww program. Chow for now. Have a great Sunday everyone.
