Stopping In
Just a quick post. Things are goinging good. I am just maintaining. I slepped and hurt my ankle so I just keep on moving as much as I can for now. Don't want to push it and make it worse. I am staying at my weight which is good for now. Until next time......

Wow..
As of tonights wi of course I am still staying at my last posting weight. It has been a struggle but I am not gaining. Ya hooo!
I will be down more next time and it will not take me this long to stop in and post again....I hope. LOL Take care! bye for now.

Down 10 in total.....
Hello, well tonight was WI. Our ww season is in week 6 and I am now down 9 lbs in total. I have been trying to walk everyday but… no excuses can excuse this I know. I have to put myself first even if my day is extremely busy. I have to get into making it my first priority though. I have been doing while with my eating and sticking to my points. Guess that is why I have been loosing 1-2 lbs a week. This is this weeks’ goal for me. Just to make sure I do walk every day for at least an hour or some kind of exercise. Thanks for reading and dropping in. Sorry for sounding down. I’m just missing my hubby and my boys. They are gone away hunting, I seen them yesterday but just miss them being here. My daughter and I spent the day together which was GREAT, but the evenings aren’t just the same with out the rest of the family being here. Hope all is going will with you. Bye for now…

Down 6 lbs in total!
Good morning everyone. Last night was w.i. I was down 2 lbs! I was quite shocked as I have been having a problem with my points. I’ve been thinking that I mustn’t be eating enough when keeping track of my points to count for my activity for the day. I have been noticing, if I go over in points, I lose weight that day. But, if I don’t and stay within my range, I seem to gain. I was talking to my leader and she was saying, that, if you don’t eat enough your body goes into starvation mode. This makes since when you think about it.
It still has been pretty stressful since my last posting. I have been keeping track of my points and making sure I walk at least 30 min. a day. I had to really watch my self on how far I walked when I went out as I kind of had a bit of a set back. I feel down my stairs caring laundry. I miscalculated where the landing was and the next thing I knew I was sliding down on my knees…I bruised my leg really bad, that night I feel out side on my walk and of course skinned the same knee up. Thinking back, after watching this weeks’,” The biggest loser”, I realized I had the same thinking as one of the girls. We usually give up on things because it is easier. I was proud of myself realizing my thinking is changing… Ya hoo! I am on my way to changing things in my life and I’m in charge of it, not anyone else but “ME”.

Ya, I'm still here! LOL
Hello everyone! It has been a while since I last posted. Sorry I have had a “VARY” stressful last couple of weeks. I have been doing well though. I gained one pound in my last W.I. last Wednesday night. I was kind of bummed out at first, but then I though. “You know since I am a stress eater gaining one pound is nothing”. As my hubby says, “he can fart that out!” LOL Well I felt better this morning I weighted myself and I was down 4 lbs. I didn’t want to post it as it isn’t my official weigh in, but it did help.
So I will just keep keeping track of my daily points and I have to get going for my walk. I miss it. I haven’t gone in a few days. It helps with keeping me from eating. Hope all are doing great. Thanks for popping in and checking on me. I always enjoy reading others entrees. It helps’ me, and I enjoy giving some suggestions if I can. I enjoy hearing your comments and suggestions too. It makes me feel that I am not alone and I have to answer to someone when I eat that bag of Ketchup chips the kids left open on the counter….LOL Have a good day! HUGS

Sleep? Or Hunger?
Wow! I got up yesterday and I lost 3 more pounds. This morning I got up and I gained five. I read somewhere that when your not getting your sleep it affects your weight loss. Wow, now I can see that. Last night I was so hungry. I hadn’t gotten my sleep Friday night and got up yesterday at 4 am and couldn’t get back to sleep. I guess I wasn’t hungry last night just tired.
Well I am not going to change my weight tracker guys but my goal now is to get back down to 184 before WI night (Wednesday). I am not going to starve myself, I know that don’t work. I will just get out here and walk and fallow the ww program. Chow for now. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Down 4 lbs! Wednesday WI Week #1
Ya hoo! I went to my meeting last night, being WI and I am down 4lbs! My hard work on concentrating on my dream of being thin every day paid off! Life is getting good again!

Rainy Tuesday 9/11
I was thinking yesterday, how ironic it was that the sky’s where raining on the anniversary of 9/11. My heart goes out to those who have been affected by this date. In addition to those who continue to be affected by the troupes and their family’s. Our prayers are with you all!
For me, well it was a damp day busy day. I did the big no no!. I didn’t take time for me. Got busy and my arthritis in my hips and lower back was just aching so bad I passed on the walk. I feel bad, I needed it! Missed, “The Biggest Looser” on top of things. Got a stressful phone call and had to go deal with some grown people that needs to grow up and act there age! (Long Story) Then I came back and wanted to eat everything, looking for chocolate. Thank God I couldn’t find any! I was doing so good with my eating plan and drank all my water! Ya hoo! I did the positive. I grabbed some Multi Grain Tostitos and salsa and prayed I wouldn’t gain. I have worked so hard all week. Tonight’s weight in…time will tell.

Monday!
Another crappy Monday! Things didn’t go as planned but on the positive side I did get a lot done. Not what I wanted to but oh well, there is always tomorrow. Got most of the week planned out. Hoping things will fall in place. I found my self following eating plan. So far so good. Just waiting for hubby to finish work out back, so we can hopefully all sit down and have dinner together that makes the day worth while being Monday.
I found it was hard to fit in my walk but I managed to get 30 minutes in anyway before it rained. I better get, the kids are needing the computer for homework…bye for now!

Salad 1 cups 0
Dressing 2
Cheese 1
Chicken Burger 4

Life throws’ you the wildest curves...
Today ”Sunday”, wasn’t so good. Everything was going great until a friend came over and proceeded to tell us he was leaving his wife after 13 years. Here we thought they had the prefect marriage...WRONG! 
Ya so, we sat and had a few beers with him and lessoned to what he had to say. At first in disbelief I must admit. He asked for some advice and we suggested a few things. Weather or not he will take the advice or not time will tell. Seems as though he has thought it through and there is no way of turning back. Just a shock for myself and such an eye opener how we see only the things we want to see. As you see I did go over my points for the day, but for a friend, in a time of need I don’t think it is worth beating myself up about it.
I will just get back on track today and keep on thinking of my desire to be thin and healthy again. Have to go and start a busy week.
