Day 2
Well so far so good. . . I have kept to my food plan and drinking water regularly. Today I feel great. I am looking foward to the weekend and spending time with my kids.

So far so good! I know ulimately it is up to me on whether I loose the and keep off the weight. I woke up yesturday and realized I am tired of being over weight. There is no excuse.
This is the first summer and hopefully the last summer of being fat. Seriously, I personally can not handle being out doors on humid days. Then being forced to put on a swim suit . No one is really looking but I feel as if everyone is noticing all my imperfections.
