How weird
I know I posted yesterday but it seems to be MIA !?!
My healthy eating has slowed and my old cravings are taking over! HELP! I am trying to get back on track and keep the streak going for an entire week. I dont want to weigh myself yet, I want to just focus on eating healthy and feeling good inside and out!
I really like the community groups EP has added. Very nice!
I will do my best trying to get to know some new friends here. I love the way this site has always rallied around people to help keep them going when there feeling down and out. It cant help but motivate you on to better eating and lower numbers on the scale!

I know what you mean to some extent - I have been slimming for 4 months now, and had been doing really well. The last week I have had 2 days off and I don't feel as confident that I will keep this up - ridiculous really, as I enjoy eating well so much more than overeating.
Anyway, let's both do it for this week and we can say so next Monday!

I don't know what makes us do that.
I guess cause we're human. But at least we are AWARE now that we've messed up and need to get back on the wagon. Thats progress, right? You CAN keep this up girl. YOu can do anything you set your mind to. Any time I think about eating something not on the diet, I ask myself do you really want this or do you want to be thin? Usually the answer is I want tobe thin, thought honestly sometimes chocolate makes me weaken by resolve. Don't give up, girl. You can do this and all your EP buddies will help you!

How are you? You are doing so great to get back on the program. Isn't funny, we all were gone through the summer and we are all back through the winter months!
