Base Camp Begins!
Hey there :)
I did weigh in on Friday morning. I am up 2 lbs from last weigh in but that was over a month ago. I am still under 200. That's a plus
! But with that said I am officially beginning basecamp today. I had an on track breakfast. Egg white omelette (NO CHEESE) and a bowl of fresh fruit.And a quart of water. That was great. I haven't eaten lunch yet but am getting hungry. I am going to finish my post and then do my basecamp workout, then I will get lunch

I still have the hardest time doing my workout first thing. I have more energy in the early afternoon. But that's something I want to work on. Getting into the ritual of doing my workout early before breakfast.
I have alot of things to take care of today and I have to work tonight. I am taking in yams and brown rice for my carb options while I am at work. I will eat baked fish and veggies and for snacks I will snack on celery sticks and green and red pepper strips.
