Back and with great news

Sorry I have not being blogging like I should however between work, family and friends, and studying for the CPA exam I have very little time for myself.  But I come back with great news, I have lost 10% of my body weight since joining WW.  The thing that helps me the most is tracking because I am so aware of what I eat, even though there are those times where I eat like I want to and pay for it later with gains on my weigh in day.  But never the less I now know that I can do this, so I am going to stick to.  Can't wait to my friend who is doing WW with me reaches her 10% goal so we can go celebrate together.  However, I still need to work on exercising :(.  I am so out of shape and would rather have someone slap me then work out.  Does anybody have any recommendations for pay as you go exercise classes in my area, because that would be great. 

My First Blog....Ever

So this is my first blog ever which is surprising because I never saw myself as having a blog.  I started WW a couple of weeks back with my friend from college you just moved to the DMV area and she blogs on this site and has been saying how I should do it so why not.  I

 have always been over weight for as long as I could remember and it has always bothered me but I have never stuck to any diet or exercise program long term and I am really hoping that I can stick to WW.  It so helps having my friend doing it with me.  My biggest problem now is exercising, I can't seem to make myself.  It has been a week and a half since I last exercised and before that about a year.  It not that I hate it I just can't find the motivitation to go, so I am asking for tips any tricks you have, recommendation for classes, clubs you know anything to keep me on a regular exercises basis.
