"_______?_______ are you HAPPY"
Today I had an okay day. Tonight I was upset about something (my dad upset me) and I let my emotions take over me and I cried ( in my room).
After I was done with my crying spell I went to the kitchen and my little nephew came and sat at the table...(he did not know I was crying)
( I did not have tears on my face or looked sad I just started playing with him)
He stopped playing "roll the ball" and said, "Rina are you happy"
Now let me tell you that my nephew is ONLY TWO YEARS OLD!!!
I looked up at him and he said it again, "Rina are you happy"
I was so lost...I did not know what to say.
So I said yes I am happy Tyson and I said give me a hug and a kiss. (and he did)
Children know so much and you get so little but at times they show how much they know and how smart they are.
My nephews words touched me and made me HAPPY.
I can't explain how this touched me. Its something that you don't expect a two year old to say or think.
When I stood up from the table to go to my room he said I love you Rina goodnight.
This almost made me cry ( YES I'M EMOTIONAL!!!!!!!!!)
usually I tell him that first but this time he told me first.
I know this has nothing to do with weight loss but I had to post this because I was so touched.....Well it could be an inspirational part of weight loss...
Well I am going to say my Prayers and give my Thanks and go to bed!!!!

MONDAYYY

Today was OKAY.....
Why Okay??? Because I did not get the chance to go to the track and I am MAD!!!! I actually Love the track...Shocking I know.... I will make it on there tomorrow. I have too... Later on tonight I am going to do a workout tape and do my normal routine and dance(did you know dancing is great exercise) What I try to do is make up a routine.... I might also walk up and down my stairs to make up for the track...who knows????
Wow I think this will be one of my shortest blogs yet lol....I talk and write tooo much but today is different...maybe...lol

To WEIGH In or Not to WEIGH In

I have been thinking all day about tomorrow and me doing my first weigh in. I know that I have been doing good and have nothing to worry about but I know how the scales mess me up. I will be doing so great on my diet and then weigh in and I don't lose or I gain or something and that really makes me sad. I am trying to work on that sooooo.....
What I have decided to do was NOT WEIGH IN.......
I'm not a chicken but I want this to be a successful weight loss. I have to work on the scale part. The part that seems so easy is the hardest ...to me...
I started on the 24th and I will weigh in May 24th.....( this is actually going to be ONE of the happiest days of my life because I'm moving away (6hrs away) and moving in with the love of my life) so this is the day that I will weigh in. I'm not going to set a number that I want to lose I'm just going to wait and see what happens. I am so happy with this decision.....
Does anyone else have this problem???
I have seen a couple of people on here that gain weight or something like that and feel down or want to give up like me but maybe you should try this for a month.
I know you might be like....HOW CAN I NOT GET ON THE SCALE IF I SEE IT.....
the answer is simple.....
How can you lose weight?
How can you do the things you are doing to better yourself?
Its the fight within you...
And if all else fails give it to your boyfriend/partner/girlfriend/anyone that will help and make them put it somewhere you cant find it.....
Well I think I am going to write one more blog before bed....but who knows

Working out is not that BAD
Today I went to the track and I gat there at 11:12am and I left at 11:47. I went around 5 times and did a little jog for 1/4th of the track. I did my cool down for 10 minutes. I was so proud of myself because I did not stop while I was walking I wasn't just walking I was fast paced walking. OMG!!!!!!!! But I did it and I am so happy with myself. When I gat home I did my:
-leg lifts 3 sets of 10 plus 7 more because I felt good 
-crunches 3 sets of 10
-bicycle 3 sets of 10 plus 7 more because I was happy
-squats 3 sets of 10
-side bends( i didnt count i did alot)
and thats about it I think
After that I felt so good. I am so happy with myself. Monday is my first weigh in and I am scared but happy but...IDK!!!! I only messed up about two times but I made up for it..... I want to lose at least 2 pounds. But 1 will be good also..Five pounds will make me jump for joy lol.

Going Out of Town What do I do???

I did not get a chance to come on and write because I was so tired from studying. Anyways I have to share this great book that I am reading for school. It is called Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt, it is a memoir. You will love this book. It is very sad, so if you don't like reading about someone dying you might not want to read it. Its sad but it is life....

I ate the same kind of Breakfast yesterday (Frosted Mini Wheats with 2% Milk). My lunch was not so good. I did not have time to cook and I didn't have anything that doesnt take 2 hours or longer to cook so I just had a jello cup...I KNOW IT BAD>> but there was nothing that I could do about it at the time. I know that I will have to buy some lunch meat or carrots or salad. I want to know other things thats great to eat for lunch...................

If you have any idea I would love to hear them. Even if it might take 10-20 minutes to cook, that will be fine....Dinner was good I had TACOS(my fav) with ground turkey and weight watchers cheese, with salsa. I had three tacos down from 4... I'm trying to make my way down to 2. I want to also know if anyone has any dinner ideas? Because so things I cook I don't get full on and it makes me want to eat cereal or something at night....I NEED YOUR HELPPPPP!!!!!!

I am going out of town for two days and I dont know what to do......I will have to eat out........or will I????? I reallly realllllly realllllllllyyy need your help on this.
Well I have to go for now....

EXERCISE

Today I did a workout and that just showed me how out of shape I am. Me and my boyfriend started off with a walk and then he picked up the pace. I was breathing hard and my legs were hurting so bad. It was just horrible... my boyfriend kept pushing me because thats what I want him to do while we working out. I told him while we are working out he is my TRAINER not BOYFRIEND..lol because he is too nice. I love him to death.
ANYWHO
We were walking and I thought I wasnt going to make it but I did. I pushed and pushed. We slowed down about two houses from his home and then he said...Time to sprint...OMG!!!! I did it ...I ran to the house.
Oh BUT THIS WASNT IT.....
- sit ups/crunches
- side bends
- bike
- leg lifts
My body was going crazy but I stuck through it and I am so proud of myself. We stretched after we were done and I was all good.
Tomorrow I am getting up around 6 am to do my walk /jog and continue with my workout. I have to be hard on myself because my boyfriend will be at work.
Wish me Luck Guys...
ps
I really need a work out buddy (when my BF is at work) but all of my associates will not workout... Oh well

Ice Cream

Ice cream is my worst down fall. If I see it I have to have it. I was just at the store getting some dinner and made a mistake and walked down the frozen food isle... OMG I wanted to die...BUT I kept walking. I didn't stop, because if I would have I know I would have bought some and that would have been all bad.
I hope this gets better. I'm ADDICTED to ICE CREAM
