Things are going great!!!

Today the kids club is closed in the gym and I am trying to find a way to go and work out.  I am really starting to enjoy working out.  It makes me feel so good!  I have been riding the stationary bike in hill mode for 45 minutes.  I do anywhere from 10-15 miles, depending on the level I am on.  I am ready to see some results!!!!!!!

So far so good!

Well I am down 3 pounds!  AF is gone and I am feeling really good.  Workouts are going good.  Last night my mom and husband went with me.  That really helps the motivation.  I gotta keep this up this time.  Even if I do get pregnant soon I want to keep working out so that I don't gain so much weight! 

I'm starting to like this!

I really look forward to my workouts!  I mean it is only the first week but usually by now I am dreading it.  I think going straight there from work is really helpful because it keeps me from getting too busy at home.  I pushed myself really hard yesterday and I feel great about it.  I am going to continue doing just cardio for another week and then add in my weights.  Oh and I weighed yesterday and I had gained two pounds.   But I am starting my period so that is just water weight.  I am excited for the next weigh in!!!

Let the workouts begin!!!!

Yesterday was my first day back to the gym.  I put on my britney spears cd and rode the bike for about 35 minutes.  I decided to not over do it the first day back.  I felt so good last night.  I plan on going afterwork most days.  I convinced my mom to join my gym so that I have someone to go with.  I hope I keep it up!

Down a couple of lbs...well thats something!

I think being down a couple of pounds after a holiday weekend is a pretty big accomplishment.  I hope I can keep it up. 

Gotta get started...

I am definately making better choices eating wise because I am not gaining.  But I am stuck in the maintaining mode.  If I would just put a little more effort, I might even lose some lbs. 

Well this is not working!

My weight is back up again.  grrrrr  Not to my initial weight but up about 10lbs.  I am starting the diet AGAIN.
