Hi again:)

Do not suppose I'm away from the program... I just didn't have access to internet... I'm still on my way to lose weight...Look at my dia diagram:D I hesitated for 3days periods for 2 or 3 times.

Run baby!RUNNNN.....

Sometimes i think about the past days and the much free time i had...It made me able to have more exercises and do sports most of the days,but now...non of them...:( :) When you find a job and must go to the office everyday it is hard to go to the gym. When you come back home at night you are so tired that you can't even move.I'm thinking about the ways i can increase the Calories i need by increasing my activities but the problem is i don't have the energy to do any extra jobs when I'm on diet!!!Funny:)) Isn't it?
Whenever i look at my profile picture, the red runner ant, someone whispers in my ears... " RUN BABY!RUN! "

My motivation!

It goes on well...I've reduced the Calories as much as possible. My laps are really important to me...I really hope they will lose size and the amount of fat they carry in this process. You know..when you start to lose weight one of the things to consider is having a good motivation:) with a good one the process will be so easier.
Now, i have one...I think the best ever:)) I haven't eat anything more than necessary in the past 10 days and it's wonderful... I'm serious this time and i won't give up having diet until loosing at least 6 kilo grams. Lets see:)
