Another step....
First post…finally! I started gaining weight 3 years ago without even noticing it. Bad years. So now I am getting myself back on track.
My first and foremost objective is to fit in my old clothes (size 9) and to increase my energy. It is not to lose weight as 95% of diets fail. I just want to concentrate on getting good food habits. I don’t want to spend my time thinking about calories and feeling guilty for the foods I eat. I will choose to eat for fun, exercise for fun and have good lifestyle habits.
I am working on three goals: Have a healthy nutrition, Get good eating habits and reduce my stress. I will not have a rigid structure because I know that if I start to try to be perfect I will lose my motivaton after a couple of months and I want to do this long term. I have already started in May 2011 and there has been ups and downs but I am still at it. No pressure, no stress…
