time to get it on!

that is right,  i am on it. i am dedicated and i am going to do it.  get skinny that is, well, at least skinnier.  my goal is to lose 25 kgs. but i am reasonable. i am hoping for 15 by the end of the year, though honestly i think 10 would be acceptable. but nothing less.  this blog is to record my journey and help keep me motivated!
