Today was my first day of doing P90x. It was hard! I loved it! I felt cleaned once I cooled down. I also feel like eating a salad. That is exciting for me. I can't wait to work out tomorrow with P90x!
I am concerned I didn't push myself as much as I could have. I know I can do more push ups than I did; I just didn't do more. My goal for tomorrow is to push myself as hard as I can and accomplish my true potential.
Today was my third day doing P90x. I still hurt from day 1. Even though it is a long time each day, it is a great stress reliever.
