ok so i started Weight Watcher last monday at a horrid 14st 9.7lbs so after a week of eating fresh cooked foos and lostd of 0 point soup i had a ok week didnt crave much and was suprised by how easy and good the food were i may soag bog from scratch yum i will never buy shop jar again! chicken noddle soup even got hubby making a thai green curry which was yummy! lots of nice light lunch and health breakfast and fruit for snacks and i had the dreaded 1sy weigh in today which i was thrilled to find how worth it it had been i lost 6.7lbs was over the moon so more of the same this week and try new food and recipes yumyum! x
