I Made it... ONE Week without Soda!!!
I cannot believe that I was able to be one week without my addiction to drink Pepsi One or Diet Pepsi or any type of coke... regularly I drink at least 2 or 3 sodas per day... I have been Ok. Actually it was not bad as I thought. I was drinking lemonade, coffee, and of course a lots of Water! I love water by itself.... but when I'm eating I need to have a drink.. a sweet drink. So, I'm drinking lemonade... because in the South Beach Diet.. it is not permitted to have any fruits the first two weeks.. but as I said it has not been too bad.
I have eating healthier and exercised at least 4 times a week for 1.5 or 2 hrs. So, I have been sweating the fat.. :) I hope so... thats what we want.. Isn't?
I lost 4 pounds so far this past week!
