DAY 2 OF BODY FOR LIFE "Getting Results already"
DAY 2..............YEAH!!!!!
Exercise:
Felling good today!! Woke up, walked the dog, and away I went to the gym!! Today was my cardio day and holly crap was it intense. Body for Life recommends a 20 minute cardio day. I was on the elliptical today and by the 7th minute I was sweating like a whore in church and by the 18th minute I literally had to talk my way through the last 2 minutes, which is great. I guess you could say that I am the type of person that likes a challange and that's exactly what I got.
Diet:
Breakfast: 4 egg whites scrambled, 1 tbl. salsa, 1 tbl. sour cream, in a wrap.
Snack: Strawberry banana protein shake
Lunch: Sliced chicken cooked in chicken broth with mix veg.
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: Sliced ham, sweet potato, broccoli
Snack: protein shake
