DAY 1 OF BODY FOR LIFE "LESS IS MORE"
DAY 1........YEAH!!!
EXERCISE
So I woke up today excited and ready to go to the gym on an empty stomach (the best for losing body fat). I did the Body for Life (BFL) workout that was suggested and OH MY GOD!!!!!! I am so sore from a 45 minuted workout. I never thought I could accomplish that much in so little time. My workouts that used to last for 2 hours didn't feel this good. I guess the old saying is true, "Less is more".
DIET
I planned out my meals for the week yesterday and went grocery shopping to stock up on supplies. I think I did a pretty good job. My diet today is as follows.
Breakfast: 4 egg white, 1 whole egg scrambled, and 2 slices of whole wheat toast.
Snack: Pure Protein Shake (chocolate)
Lunch: Shrimp salad wrap with a side of mango
Snack: Pure Protein Shake (vanilla)
Dinner: 3 oz. Turkey, tbl. of cran sauce melted on top, brown rice, asparagus
