بازگشت پرافتخار پرنده ی سبک تر!

 ظاهرا هر وقت دلم بخواد و عشقم بکشه میام اینجاالان بعد یک رژیم سخت و طاقت فرسا ! و بعد اینکه به 85 هم رسیدم وشدم 72 و الان احتمالا 73 هستم چون ته چین هوردم و اینا! و خونه خاله هم که مگه میذارن !برگشتم که این دفعه دیگه بنویسم تا برسم به 54

من برگشتم بعد تقریبا سه سال..... تو این مدتی یازده کیلو چاق شدم....سالی بیشتر از 3.5 کیلو...خیلی بده .اعصاب ندارم...فکر که میکنم مغزم سوت میکشه ...باید ورزش کنم و رژیم بگیرم

از برنامم عقب افتادم .مسافرتي كه رفتيم اگر چه پر از فعاليت بدني بود ولي پر از بخور بخور هم بود

به علاوه غذاهاي بيرون هم كه تو هفته پيش خوردم

ورزش هم نتونستم اين مدت انجام بدم

here i am a bird , who is 71.1 kg .

first week was from 13th to 19th (goal was 72kg)

second would be from 20th to 26th ,5 days of this week is still remain and i am 71.1 , this is great ... (goal is 71 kg) . i want to lose a little more than 100 gr in this 5 remained days .lets say a little specified , i will loose 400 gr at leat in this 5 days.

today i had 30 min of stationary bike ,and i am going to lose my interest to rice too. and last night i didnt eat dinner because it was prepared abouth 11 pm and it was too late to eat dinner due to  my program ( i try to eat my dinner at 7 pm) .

one thing more ! there would be something surprising for me when i enter from 70 kg to 69 ... i mean a gift , a personal motivation.

first week finished :)

happy journey sara ! actually the first week  finished very soon and i am happy that i am on time :) one kg lighter than before

i know the future weeks would be harder , but i am here with my goal and the price that i should pay .

the next post will be about the new year and "NORUZ" or "NOWROZ"

this morning i weighed myself and i was 71.5 kg. this has happened before too . it is very close to reality that tomorrow i would be 73 again . this fast changes are common for me , and i know it wont last long . any way i am walking on the right road, eating less and moving more . every 3 day i will update weight log .

i really want to be on time .loosing 1 kg every week

thinking deciding

okay as a result of thinking , i decide to eat breakfast before 10 am every day .at least 30 min dance a day , or 1 hour walking ,if i dont do this in its own time i would have a punishment of 1 hour dancing and 2 hours walking instead  .

i still cant forget about rice  . but my little girl inside will decide how much she wants to eat , i know she will decide the best .

less sugar , no choclate , no ice cream , no butter , more water .

i dream of the day without belly fat

hi , this is sara ... and i am a bird who want to fly faster so i am going to loose weight , i am going to loose 15 kg in 15 weeks , any way i should be 58 to be able to fly as fast as i need .
