soooo.... i still can't post comments on anyones blog and that is starting to get REALLY ANNOYING!

i dig the tools and the people i've met here (yes, i'm talking to you!:) ) but the glitches in this site are going to drive me ape shit if they're not fixed. i've written mails to support but havent gotten anything from them... bums... anyways at the moment the "diet" thing is not going so well, i'm broke and the cafeteria sucks and i'm pretty much having to take whatever my friends will give me so you know... beggers can't be choosers... but i will be home in only 6 days for winter break! and then when i'm not all scrambling to finish projects and study for finals i can sit down and make a plan of action to work this all out. not to mention having food around thats actually good for me. then when i get back here i will have a plan all laid out and ready to go, not to mention some money. i just need to make it to friday afternoon with my sanity and things should be fine...

ok! sarahfina is trying to lose weight... take two!

fuck. steller start there killer... 3 cookies 24 hours after you tell yourself you need to lose weight at all cost. i mean, on the bright side i did eat 3 sensiable meals, and a healthy snack.... then i went to watch a movie in the student center... i already knew i was gonna cave and drink soda... figured one 12 ounce can wasn't pushing too far... then i saw the chips.. bbq... i love those... one handful... ok... not the end of the world... fuck. white chocolate macademia cookies... those are totally my favorite.... but 3! THREE FUCKING COOKIES?!?!?! i knew i shouldnt have had the first one, was cursing myself for the second and yet.... walked over for a third! really! REALLY!?! someone save me from myself! oh yeah... that would have to be me.... riiiiiiiiight.... ok, but i'm just gonna shake it off and start again tomorrow.... and cut off my left pinky if i ever do that shit again! kidding! kidding! i think.... i mean, come to think of it, cutting off body parts would be one way to lose some weight. just sayin....

How it all started

i almost cried (literally) last night when i stepped on the scale and discovered that i had gained 20 pounds since i've started here at CWC. i already needed to lose about 70! i really have to lose a lot of weight. not just to look hot (though it will be nice) and not to get a guy (but it will help) but for a couple more important reasons. for one my mom is morbidly obese and has, like, every obesity related illness known to man, from diabetes to high cholesterol and high blood pressure to depression. and more then that i want to go into the outdoor education field, that's why i'm here, and i tell ya, companies don't hire fat people to take people out in the woods! so with a little work and thought i'm going to try to lose 92 pounds by next new years, less than 2 pounds a week which i think is reasonable. that is just about 6 weeks before i am planning on going on my NOLS semester... something i need to be very fit for! this is how it started... we'll see how it ends.
