My reumetologist Dr. put me on Cymbalta Tuesday, for my fibro. I have been diagnosed for a few years now, even though I think I had it long before they knew what it was. I can not take arthritis meds, because of a bad stomach. If you know much about this med (cymbalta) or if you know someone who may be taking it, please contact me. I would like to find out more about it from real people.
Yesterday morning I got up, dressed and dawned my tennis shoes, only to find that it was raining, and it continued to rain all day
. This morning I had to take my mom to have some procedures done at the hospital , so I did not get to walk, but it still was pouring down rain. I plan to walk this evening and nothing is going to stop me.... I found out I was feeling better in-spite of my fybromiagia, when I am walking
. I do not walk on pavement, but on grass around the parameter of my land.
I arose at 5:30, went to the frig to get my 8 oz of coke( caffeine) took my meds and sat down in my easy chair to watch the local morning news. My son had brought home a new puppy, so I watched him( instead of the news) while my son got ready for work. I ate some oatmeal with nuts and dates for breakfast out on the back porch, sitting in my rocker. I went in and got dressed for my 8:45 doc appointment, which is 7 miles away. As I entered the doctors office, I saw many that I knew and we all said our good mornings( using first names of course). Then I proceeded into the pharmacy where you can chat about local or world events with people whom you know on first name basses. As I left I swung by the bank, and the went to the Jay Gardens and bought some lunch. It was a pleasant morning, filled with greetings and have a nice day, and you know, I think that I will do just that...... Have a nice day y'all..~_~.
