Depression
It has been a week from hell with PMT extreme which caused a great deal of depression. Finally feeling a little better. Slight change of diet.. now doing the low carb, but I also believe I might have an intolerance to gluten. So I have been doing a gluten free diet for 4 days now, and feel sooooo much better. I got a personal trainer/friend to do up an easier workout program for me, because being a severe anemic, I was really over doing it. The fatigue I was getting was horrific.. so now I will be eating and training different. Here is hoping my loopy head gets better soon! lol
