Day 5 .. Almost done
I had the worst morning yet! It was back to zero energy and I seriously didn't know how I was going to get through the day. I have been quite flat all day, but a little better this afternoon. No gym today, so I took the dog for a walk. I really would not have gotten through a gym session anyway. Diet wise.. all was good!
8.00am TF Chocolate shake.. My least favorite flavor!
9.00am Walked the dog for 30 minutes approx.
10.00am 1 apple
11.40am 1 cup of cooked egg whites (was so hungry!)
12.30pm TF Strawberries and cream flavored shake. YUM!
2.40pm 1 celery stick with half a teaspoon of mayonaise
4.20pm 1 celery stick with half a teaspoon of mayonaise.
5.30pm 120grams of steak with 1 fried onion, spinach.
7.00pm 1 diet jelly.
I don't really say much about my water intake.. but every day it is at least 2-3 litres!
