Day 4
Waking this morning was a much more pleasurable experience. I was a lot more energetic than the last few days, but still not 100%. A little moody, but I guess it's just the body kicking over into ketosis. Managed to train Chest, Triceps and Shoulders at the gym today, followed by 30 minutes on the cross trainer. Just had dinner.. went with a steak... still so hard to eat after being a vegetarian for well over 10 years. But being a severe anemic, I have to do all I can to improve things. Blahhhhh

7.50am TF English toffee shake
9.20am 1 apple
10.00am Trained Chest, Triceps and Shoulders.
30 minutes on Cross Trainer.
12.20pm TF Banana shake
1.30pm 1 celery stick with half a teaspoon of mayonaise
5.00pm 120grams of steak, 1 cup of spinach, 1 cooked onion
1 cooked tomato.
7.00pm 1 diet jelly


It is a wonderful thing. How do you make the English Toffee Shake?? That sounds delicious!
